Would you like to learn analytical techniques used for problem-solving and risk situations in a hands-on environment using the same software used by professionals in the field? Illinois State University’s Quality Management and Analytics Master’s program may be for you! This sequence introduces quality management tools to enhance customer and supplier relations, strategic planning, and measurement systems to improve overall organizational performance

Students in the program will gain knowledge and skill sets in quantitative and qualitative decision-making practices (including Six Sigma methodologies) to solve complex business operational problems based on real-world situations. Graduates will be able to function as leaders in their field, approach problems and challenges in a systematic way, and effectively use current techniques and technologies of specialization.
