Congratulations to Nikki Goins-Hughes, an alumna of AAMU from 2007 (BSW) and 2008 (MSW), on earning the title of Dr. Nikki Goins-Hughes. Dr. Goins-Hughes graduated Friday, May 8th from University of Kentucky's DSW program in Administrative Leadership. Her capstone was titled "Leading on an Uneven Playing Field: How Systems of Race and Gender Shape African American Women’s Leadership Advancement".
