NEWS: The University of Oklahoma Polytechnic Institute has received a $1 million grant from Google to launch the OUPI Cybersecurity Clinic, a new initiative that will expand access to cybersecurity services while creating hands-on learning opportunities for students.

The clinic will focus primarily on conducting cybersecurity risk assessments for small manufacturers, nonprofit organizations and tribal businesses.

Registration open! The University of Oklahoma Health Campus is helping future health professionals take the next step through Discovery Day 2026.

Designed for students in grades 9–12, Discovery Day offers an immersive introduction to health science careers through hands-on clinical education, campus tours, and direct engagement with Recruitment & Admissions team members.

Participants will gain insight into educational pathways in the health sciences while connecting with peers who share similar goals and aspirations.

When 11-year-old Ford Burget stumbled during the National Anthem at Love’s Field, the crowd stepped in and sang alongside him to help him finish strong. ❤️

Afterward, Ford got to meet Coach Patty Gasso and the team, who made sure he felt the full support of Sooner Nation.

🚧 Notice of Road Work: Now through June 26, 3rd Street between Maple Avenue and Asp Avenue will be closed while utility work related to Phase 2 of the freshmen housing master plan is performed. During this closure, motorists will not be able to access 3rd Street.

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use caution when traveling near the construction area. Traffic control signage is in place to help guide drivers around the work zone.
