OU COUSINS The OU Cousins program was created in 1996 by President and Mrs. Have you ever considered studying abroad? With so many incredible benefits, what's not to love?

OU Cousins is a program that allows American students to engage in cultural exchange by being paired with an International or exchange student and interacting throughout the year.. David Boren as a way of developing understanding, friendship, and unity among U.S., International, and exchange students at the University of Oklahoma. The program offers opportunities for both American and Internationa

l students to broaden their perspectives by learning about new cultures. Through interaction with your cousin, you acquire first-hand knowledge of the language, cuisine, customs, and an overall understanding of what life is like in a country other than your own. OU Cousins give students interested in the study abroad program a feel for what life abroad may be like. OU Cousins can provide a friendship that is unlike any other. Some students have even traveled abroad and visited their OU cousin in their native country!
