N.O.M.A.S. OU The University of Oklahoma Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students

The University of Oklahoma College of Architecture recently reestablished our National Organization for Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS) Chapter with a new and enthusiastic executive team. NOMAS is a student-driven division of the National Organization for Minority Architects (NOMA), who's mission is to champion diversity within the design professions by promoting the excellence, community e

ngagement, and professional development of its members. On campus, students involved with NOMAS stand to fight discrimination, foster communication and fellowship among other minority students of architecture, and promote this organization with a loud and proud voice. The NOMAS - OU Chapter hosts many events, volunteer opportunities, social gatherings, and educational trips each year to help our students network with professionals, give back, and enhance our design skills through national design-competitions.
