The holidays can be a difficult time to maneuver for some due to expectations that there be get-togethers or that everyone should be happy at this time of the year. However, it is perfectly normal to feel anxious during the holidays. Don't be afraid to create new traditions that bring you peace at this time of year such as baking goods, volunteering at a local soup kitchen or going to see a play. It is also very important to practice self-care this time of year to balance out any anxiety symptoms that the holidays may bring your way. Some great sessions in TAO that may be relevant are "Relaxation", "Mindfulness Tips", and "Causes of Anxiety and Unhelpful Practices".
