Quinnipiac University School of Law - Center on Dispute Resolution

Established in 1998, the Center on Dispute Resolution focuses on integrating the theory and practice of dispute resolution.

Since 1998, the Center on Dispute Resolution has created opportunities for both dispute resolution professionals and law students to engage in dialogue and attend training to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this growing field. Quinnipiac University School of Law is ranked 15th in the country for Dispute Resolution. The Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop, a lecture

The Center's 40-hour mediation training course provides a comprehensive introduction to mediation and conflict management. It also recently expanded its offerings with the addition of a negotiation training course. http://www.quinnipiac.edu/school-of-law/center-on-dispute-resolution/training-and-publications/

Our founding director, Jennifer Gerarda Brown, is now Dean of Quinnipiac University School of Law. Professors Carolyn "Carrie" Wilkes Kaas and Charles "Charlie" Pillsbury took over as co-directors on July 1, 2013.
