We had a great time at our New Haven County 4-H Skill-a-thon a few weeks ago! 4-H members learned to sew, decorated cupcakes, made seashell wall art and much much! Be sure to join us next year!

Current UConn 4-H members, ages 5-18 as of October 1, 2025, are invited to design a holiday card for UConn 4-H. One design will be used for a holiday card to be sent to 4-H supporters to express our gratitude and well wishes. The first-place winner will receive a prize package from UConn 4-H and will be credited on the card.

🌱 A huge thank you to The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station for another incredible Plant Science Day! 🌿 We (UConn 4-H New Haven County and UConn 4-H Fairfield County loved sharing the hands-on plant science activities we’ve been exploring with youth this year including growing your microgreens, making pollinators seed balls, and flower anatomy crafts. The amount of visitors who wanted to try these activities with their kids was refreshing and we love seeing so many curious young minds in action! 🌸 Already counting down the days until next year! 🌞
