We had a terrific America Saves Week and Connecticut Saves Week here last week! Many thanks go to the Connecticut Saves Week partners-- Connecticut Department of Banking, Better Business Bureau serving Connecticut, Connecticut State Library, Connecticut Association for Human Services, Chelsea Groton Bank, and our newest partner, U.S. Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration. How good it was to speak with people about their hopes and goals for the future and discuss ways to achieve those dreams! As the coordinator for Connecticut Saves and the personal finance educator here at UConn Extension, it is great to work with people with a common vision about encouraging people to save for their goals by making a plan. As always, you make saving fun! hashtag hashtag hashtag
