Minority to Majority Leadership Academy SCCC The Minority to Majority Leadership Academy seeks to empower minority students to change the way they look at things, so the things they look at change.

Through lessons, presentations, videos, field trips and discussions, the MTMLA will teach participants how to understand and address the roadblocks they face in their day-to-day experiences. It is designed to encourage two-way communication between the presenters and the participants. Recognition is given to the need for students to share their experiences.
