CSI Experience Winners!

Congratulations to three of our Echo cadets on winning the 6th Annual CSI Experience on campus yesterday.

Cadets Magoon, O’Brien, & O’Donnell accompanied by Bravo’s CDT Smith won the event put on by the School of Criminal Justice and Criminology. Students were given a scenario and throughout the day worked with the guidance of Alumni mentors, law enforcement agencies, and professors to piece together evidence and clues. At the end of the day, our cadets successfully presented their facts, conclusions, and recommendations for next steps in the investigation to a board of judges.
Our winners earned some money thanks to generous Alumni donors and also won the opportunity to work with the Vermont State Police on a crime scene analysis workshop.

Cadets Ochoa, Cadigan, and Roger’s received the Commendation Award. CDT Petrone received the Meritorious Service Award. CDT Zalev received an award for being on the MCV Junior ring committee.

CDT Baillargeon is a squad leader for 3rd Platoon, 2nd Squad. He is a captain on the NU boxing team, a member of the Semper Fidelis society, and contracted to commission as a Marine Corps officer. Brayden enjoys boxing competitively, working out, water skiing, wakeboarding, travelling, running, and learning new things. He has also completed the legacy march, sophomore expedition, and is a member of the AMCSUS PT competition team.
