Day 29: arms above your chest! I tried to do many movements with my arms and highlight them while they are in the air. I normally let my arms just hang by my sides and this was a great reminder to use my arms during solo jazz. Day 28: Add Jumps! For today's challenge I added jumps to my dancing, adding in some Charleston basics and just some fun hops! Give it a try and send us a video of what you do!

Day 26: Take more space! I usually take a lot of space as it is, but to me this translated to bigger arms, bigger steps, and some bigger gestures. Lots of fun! What does taking more space look like for you? Comment below or send us a video!

Day 24: Spins and Turns! Today I focused on adding in turns to my dance by adding in triple step turns, lock turns, stepping 180 turns, and a little jazz turn at the end. What did you add to your dancing today?

Day 20! Dance in 360! Took the chance to dance outdoors and dance with a tree! Try your own version of dancing in 360 and send us a video!

Day 18 brings us Play with Rhythm! I took a lot of this from my tap background, so you will see some rhythmic stomping, scuffing, and tapping, but tap is also a jazz dance and there is a lot of overlap!
