Norwich University MBA students learn from faculty who bring professional experience and applied expertise directly into the classroom.
Dean Angell, DBA, an adjunct instructor in Norwich University’s MBA program, recently published “Prime for Change: The Change Leadership Playbook” in USAASC’s Beyond the Frontlines.
In the article, Dr. Angell introduces the PRIME for Change model, a practical framework designed to help leaders navigate organizational transformation through five interconnected phases: Preparation and Readiness, Roadmap and Vision Development, Implementation and Action, Measurement and Adjustment, and Endurance and Sustainability.
Drawing on established change-management theory and real-world organizational cases, he examines why some transformation efforts falter while others produce measurable, lasting results. His analysis reinforces a central lesson for leaders: successful change depends on disciplined ex*****on, clear communication, organizational alignment, measurement, and sustained reinforcement.
It is the kind of practitioner-focused perspective Norwich MBA faculty bring to students preparing to lead through complex organizational challenges.
