Good morning! This is just a reminder we are having a meeting TONIGHT AT 7PM in the Santa Susana Room! Les Howard, the USC pipeline representative, will be speaking regarding the USC admissions process and more! Also, please do not forget to bring socks for the Sock Drive as well as your club application forms and member fees ($20)! See you all tonight!

Hello PPAC’ers! This Wednesday, September 30th 7 at 7pm we will be having Les Howard, the USC pipeline representative, hold an informative meeting regarding the USC admission process, community service, and healthcare opportunities.

Additionally, his program is holding a Sock Drive for the homeless so it would be greatly appreciated if you could bring a pair(s) of new socks to the meeting.

Also, for those of you who have not turned in your application or member fees ($20) please do so at the meeting on Wednesday. Please arrive on time. The meeting will start at 7pm. If you need an application form, please email [email protected].

Dear PPAC Members,
We hope you are having a wonderful summer.
PPAC will resume its activities with the start of the fall semester. Our club will be going through a new election for the leadership team positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and officer). This is an incredible opportunity to show your leadership ability to Physician Assistant schools. We would like to set up a meeting for those who are interested in nominating themselves. Below, you can find a doodle poll link with different times & dates. Click on the link below, then click on Table View tab, enter your name, pick all the dates that apply to you, and save your choices. The deadline for registration on doodle is Monday 8/24/2015. Location of the meeting is to be determined.

You will also need to fill out new officer application and bring it with you to the meeting. If you are not a PPAC member, please email us at [email protected] to request for the application PDF.
In order to become one of the officers above, you must meet all of the following qualifications:
-The president, vice president and treasurer must be matriculated and enrolled at California State University, Northridge with a minimum overall 2.0 grade point average each term (term is defined as Fall and Spring semester).
-The student must be in good standing and must not be on probation of any kind.
-Undergraduate students in the role of president, vice president and treasurer are required to earn six (6) semester units per term while holding office.
-Undergraduate students in the role of president, vice president and treasurer are allowed to earn a maximum of 150 semester units or 125 percent of the units required for a specific baccalaureate degree, whichever is greater.
-Officer terms are one academic year.
Note: Positions are open to everyone and everyone is welcome to nominate themselves. Please be advised that this is a commitment and responsibility for 1 whole year.
