The CAPTURED Multi-Media Student Research Journal has a CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2020-21, 10th edition. The theme this year is "Bright New Eyes 2021 - Life After COVID. The submission deadline has now been extended to February 26th, 2021. Please consider submitting work you've just completed during the fall or a project you worked on during the winter break reflecting on this important topic.
"As 2020 is drawing to a close and 2021 is on the horizon, the editorial team at the CAPTURED Multimedia Student Research Journal, wants you to reflect on what has happened this year, as well as what you envision for the year 2021. We've experienced a long, long year, filled with outrage and despair as a result of racial and social injustice, the loss of friends, family, and colleagues, as well as protests, and an emphasis on mental illness and self-reflection. There was also the much-anticipated election that had all of us on the edge of our seats for one reason or another. 2021 will be a year with expected uncertainty, but a year that feels like it can give the world, if nothing else, a little peace of mind.
The editorial team invites you to submit essays, poetry, critiques, photographs, illustrations, art, videos, podcasts, etc. for our 10th annual issue, with the theme, "Bright New Eyes 2021 - Life After COVID."
The deadline for this issue is February 26th, 2021. We cannot wait to see your wonderful submissions."
