For 23 years, Wheaton College and The Posse Foundation have partnered to provide full-tuition scholarships to outstanding student leaders from the New York City area. Together, they've built a community rooted in leadership, mentorship, academic achievement and lifelong connection.

As the Class of 2026 crossed the Commencement stage and began their next chapters, they left Wheaton with more than a degree. They left with new perspectives, lasting friendships, supportive mentors and the confidence to pursue whatever comes next.

From future healthcare leaders and educators to researchers, public servants and graduate students, members of the Class of 2026 are heading into the world ready to make an impact. Their stories reflect the curiosity and sense of purpose that define a Wheaton education.

As graduate Amber Arcand reflected on her Wheaton experience, she summed it up simply: she was leaving campus "knowing that this was exactly where I was meant to be."

More than 300 alumni came home to Wheaton for Reunion Weekend 2026, reconnecting with classmates, celebrating lifelong friendships and joining in Commencement weekend festivities with the Class of 2026.

With alumni traveling from 30 states and three countries, the weekend was a powerful reminder that the Wheaton community extends far beyond campus. From milestone reunions and alumni awards to performances, faculty presentations and the opening of a 25-year time capsule, there was no shortage of memorable moments.

We're also grateful for the incredible generosity of our alumni, who have already raised more than $4.2 million in honor of their reunion classes to support future generations of Wheaton students.

More than a week after Commencement at Wheaton College Massachusetts, the emotion of graduation can still be felt on the Dimple.

The Class of 2026 crossed the stage, celebrated years of hard work and officially began their next chapter. While campus may be a little quieter now, the impact of this class remains. 🎓

At Wheaton College Massachusetts’s 191st Commencement, members of the Class of 2026 were encouraged to reflect on how they will use their education to strengthen communities, create opportunity and bring people together.

In her Commencement address, President Michaele Whelan reminded graduates that “your attention is among your most precious resources,” encouraging them to think intentionally about where they direct their focus in a rapidly changing world. She emphasized that the choices we make about what we value and prioritize shape not only our own futures, but the future of the communities around us.

As the Class of 2026 begins its next chapter, this message serves as a powerful reminder of the impact thoughtful leadership, empathy and connection can have far beyond the classroom.
