Hi friends! Lottery reservations are now being taken for the final Taste of Series #3: A Taste of Modern Filipino.

Please remember and understand that there is a lottery process to participate in the Taste of Series, please read the guidelines for the lottery process.


LOTTERY PROCESS:
• Please submit ONE day of choice and number of people to [email protected] (Maximum 8 guests)
• You will receive a confirmation email of your lottery entry submission.
• Lottery submissions are not complete without date and number of people.
• This is the only menu being offered that week.
• The selection process will happen the week before and guests will be notified by email.
• Guests who are not selected will be put on a waitlist, in case of a cancellation.
• You will receive an email of CONGRATULATIONS if selected.
• You will receive an email of Regret if NOT selected.
• Please make note of the day/date you select for your reservation.
• Selection is done by computer.
• Off campus guests will be emailed a parking permit.

Last day for submissions will be Tuesday May 5th by 12:00 p.m.

To maintain the integrity of the theme, modifications of the menu will be restricted. For those with food allergies please keep in mind there is a high chance of cross contamination.

Any gratuities left, will be donated to the Ellis Robinson Scholarship, Dr. Linda Lacy Scholarship and Dr. Marilyn Brock Scholarship

Hi friends, we are excited to announce our second 5-course event of the Spring 2026 semester! This event's menu will feature our students' interpretation of popular Mediterranean dishes. Like our previous events, reservations are required in order to attend. The reservation requests will be entered into a lottery and the winners will be notified via email.

How to enter:
- Please submit day of choice and number of people to [email protected] (Maximum 8 guests).
- Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday 4/1/26 at 2pm.
- Winners will be notified via email on 4/2/26. Be sure to check spam/junk folders.
- Guests who are not selected will be put on a waitlist in case of a cancellation.
-This event is meant to be experienced in a sequence of plated courses, please allow for one hour to fully enjoy each course.
