Come work with us! Hesburgh Libraries at the University of Notre Dame seeks an Archives Reference Specialist to support all aspects of patron and reference services of the University of Notre Dame Archives, with an emphasis on photographic material.
The candidate will identify relevant materials to support the University’s teaching, learning, research, and administrative needs. The position requires knowledge of archival theory and practice and an educational background in humanities or liberal studies.

The Four Horsemen of the University of Notre Dame are here! A new exhibit from Rare Books and Special Collections, Hesburgh Library, Notre Dame and University of Notre Dame Archives commemorates the 100th anniversary of the 1924 team and explores how ND leaders harnessed the team’s unprecedented popularity and visibility to combat bigotry and promote a more inclusive America.
Here for the game this weekend? Visit the exhibit on Friday, Sept. 6, to meet and speak with the curators.
