The Commencement Ceremony is the official graduation ceremony for Merritt College. Graduates will walk the stage and be formally recognized for their academic accomplishments.

📢 Mandatory Graduation Information Sessions (Students Required)
All participating graduates must attend one of the following sessions to receive essential commencement information:

Option 1
Date: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
Time: 12:30 PM
Location: Student Lounge – R110
Lunch will be provided for graduates

Option 2
Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM
Location: Cafeteria
Dinner will be provided for graduates

🎓 Graduation Fair – Cap & Gown Distribution
Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM (Immediately following the information session)
Location: Student Activities Office
At the Graduation Fair, students will:

Pick up their cap and gown

Receive graduation-related resources and support

Note: The Merritt College Basic Needs Center is covering the full cost of caps and gowns for students.
