The MiraCosta College Academic Associate Faculty (MCCAAF) was organized in 1998 to work towards equity for credit associate faculty, counselors, and librarians with respect to wages, office hours, and benefits. In May, 2010, noncredit associate faculty teaching ESL, other non-credit, Adult High School, Career Development, Workplace Preparation, and non-credit counselors became members of MCCAAF.

The MiraCosta College Academic Associate Faculty (MCCAAF) was organized in 1998 to protect the rights of credit associate faculty, counselors, and librarians concerning their working conditions. In May, 2010, noncredit associate faculty teaching ESL, other non-credit, Adult High School, Career Development, Workplace Preparation, and non-credit counselors became members of MCCAAF.
