The association provides a myriad of professional development opportunities to student service administrators. The OCSPA Annual Conference in spring brings nationally known professional speakers to broaden our knowledge base on current issues in the field. Colleagues from both administrative and faculty perspectives give informative presentations on student trends, legal issues, and a host of topics relevant to the student personnel administrator at any size or type of institution.
