After months of planning, collaboration, and problem-solving, our new training programs officially kicked off last night!

What began back in November has now come to life with the launch of our HVAC and Electrical Construction programs. This journey hasn’t been without its challenges—but that’s what makes this milestone even more meaningful.

This work is deeply personal to me. Creating pathways that lead to real opportunity, stability, and growth for individuals is at the heart of why I do what I do. Seeing these programs come to life—and the people stepping into them—makes every challenge along the way worth it.

These programs were built with industry in mind, focused on developing the skills needed in mission-critical environments where reliability, safety, and precision matter every day.
