Join us in celebrating with these NHMS alumni from the classes of 2025 and 2026 who are continuing their education in various locations all over the country! Abigail studied kinesiology with a minor in chemistry and was a member of the Innovation Academy. She was accepted to the program at Cleveland through our partnership program!

Allyssa studied chemistry and biology, while Ian studied kinesiology with a minor in chemistry. Both were members of the Innovation Academy. They were accepted to med school at KCU through our partnership program!

Bella studied kinesiology with a minor in chemistry. You may see Coach Leon around campus this fall, as she is serving as a seasonal assistant coach for women’s soccer until her program begins in January!

Ella studied kinesiology with minors in health and wellness as well as strength and conditioning. She was a member of the Innovation Academy.

James studied computer science with a minor in mathematics.

Daisy studied biology and chemistry with minors in physics and mathematics.

Yair studied biology and chemistry. He was a member of the Innovation Academy.

Malachi studied kinesiology with a minor in chemistry. He was accepted to the program at Cleveland through our partnership program!

Many of the students highlighted in this post were accepted to their graduate program through that university’s partnership with MNU. 👀 Check out this list of partnerships we have in place and talk to your advisor for more info. One of these partnerships might one day help YOU pursue your future goals!

And that’s a wrap! 🎓 CONGRATS to the class of 2026!!! We are so proud of your accomplishments (special shoutout to Collin Downey for winning the American Heritage Award! 💯) please don’t be strangers, or that goofy kid in the last photo will be really sad… so, make sure you check in every once in a while. 🤣😂 We will miss you all and will continue to pray for you. Go out there, do your best, represent Christ to a world that REALLY needs Him.

MNU Athletics held their annual Petey Awards earlier this week, and the Department of Natural, Health, and Mathematical Sciences was well represented. 🥇 Congrats to these eight student athletes, each one proving that it is absolutely possible to excel in your sport while studying science as an undergraduate! 💯👏🎉

Happy Earth Day! 🌎 this semester’s ecology students, Bekah Chelikowsky and Gil Brown, planted an autumn fire maple tree today with the help of Dr. Taylor and MNU Facilities staff. You can find the tree right in front of the parking circle. Thanks, ecology class! ✌🏼🌳

Dr. Speicher’s Organismal Biology class spent Wired Wednesday dissecting fetal pigs 🐷 ✨to investigate possible causes of death. As part of the lab, students identified anatomical structures, weighed organs, and studied internal body systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience with comparative anatomy and organismal function!🫀🫁🧠

Please join us in congratulating sophomores Leah Dresvyannikov, Ian Thomas, and Justice McMath on their acceptance to the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University! 👏 MNU students who partake in our partnership with KCU will spend three years at MNU and then transfer to KCU to complete their undergraduate coursework AND begin med school at the same time. 😮‍💨 Scroll to see why these three chose to pursue med school at KCU as well as their advice to future students and those they acknowledge for this accomplishment.
