SPSCC Trustee Rozanne Garman created the Fa'au'uga Tanielu Chipman Grant to honor her late mother’s love of learning and help students overcome unexpected financial challenges.

From tuition and tools to rent and car repairs, the grant has already helped more than 20 SPSCC students stay on track toward their goals.
