The mission of the UNO Transitions Program is to provide social opportunities to young adults who identify on the autism spectrum. The program is designed for individuals ages 18-25 who are fluently verbal and socially motivated to practice communication and social skills.

Meetings are Friday afternoons at the Community Engagement Center. There is no fee associated with this program.

Our mission is to provide neurodiversity-affirming social opportunities for young adults, ages 18-28, who identify on the autism spectrum. The program is designed for folks who are fluently verbal and interested in practicing and refining language and communication via social competencies.

Their 24/7 support phone number is 402-554-4357, or you can stop by their office in the Criss Library (first floor near Starbucks) Monday through Friday, 8-5.

The MavTECH Help Center supports the technical and computer needs of faculty, staff, and students at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
