SERVICE LEARNING SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Students in GERO 2000 connected with older adults at the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center (CEC) for a Valentine’s-themed intergenerational event. Together, participants built relationships, shared conversations, and created 83 Valentine’s cards while fostering meaningful connections across generations 💌

The event also helped students identify potential participants for their Life Lessons project, creating a welcoming foundation for future interviews and learning experiences.
