Creighton Bluejays Athletic Performance is centered around our Pull, Press & Squat Philosophy. All Student-Athletes adhere to a regimen that includes pulling, pressing and squatting in a variety of strength and power movements.

- Eating within one hour of waking helps decrease cortisol (a hormone that accelerates muscle protein breakdown and fat storage) levels that peak in that morning hours after sleeping

- eating breakfast provides energy and nutrients for exercise and building muscle
