Today, the ladies of Lambda Beta Omega Chapter proudly wear purple in support of Lupus Awareness Month. 💜

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can affect many parts of the body, and while anyone can develop it, women — especially Black women — are disproportionately impacted.

💜 Quick Facts:
• 1.5 million Americans are living with lupus
• 9 out of 10 people diagnosed are women
• There is currently no cure, but early detection matters

Today we wear purple to raise awareness, show support, and honor those fighting lupus every day.

A couple weekends ago, Lambda Beta Omega had an amazing time at Opelousas Love Fest, pouring back into the community through service and connection. From fellowship to hands-on support, every moment reflected our commitment to being of service.
