Claflin University has entered into a landmark partnership with the Dr. Curtis J. and Mrs. Gina Crawford Family Foundation that will establish the Dr. Curtis J. and Mrs. Gina Crawford Family Foundation Honors Scholar-Fellows Fund, a $150,000 endowed fellowship designed to develop the next generation of high-achieving student leaders. Under the leadership of Rev. Vivian Lingard, and co-chairs Rev. Dr. Minnie Anderson and Minister Bessie Byrd, Claflin's annual Ecumenical Day of Prayer Breakfast is as much of a blessing to our guests as it is to the student-scholars that this event supports.
