Scott Wade has signed with for the 26/27 season.

Scott joins us as a goalie from the local 18U AA Jr. Grizzlies Tier Program in the Salt Lake Valley.

Aiden Hockett has signed with for the 26/27 season.

Aiden joins us as a forward from the local 18U AA Utah Dawgs Tier Program that plays out of the Utah Olympic Oval.

Ethan Hawkes has signed with for the 26/27 season.

Ethan joins us as a defenseman from Cal State Fullerton ACHA D2 where he’s played the last two seasons.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ethan Hawkes to UVU for the 2026-27 season. Building on his experience at CSU-Fullerton, Ethan brought a relentless grind and consistent energy to our prospects camp. His gritty defensive game and ACHA veteran presence will make him a key asset to our blue line this year.”

James joins us as a defenseman from University of Wyoming ACHA D2.

“James is a great two way player that brings explosive speed and experience to our Team.”

“I’m excited to further my education at UVU and play in a different conference of ACHA Men’s Division 2!

What I will bring to UVU is a hard and gritty style of play, along with solid play on the defensive and offensive ends of the ice. I’m excited to be a full 200 foot player for this program and hoping to help the program win and succeed in the MWCHL.”

Wyatt Daugherty has signed with for the 26/27 season.

Wyatt joins us as a goalie from the USPHL Elite where he played for the South Shore Kings and the Elmira Impact.

“Wyatt is an extremely competitive goaltender who takes pride in being a Utah native. I look forward to working with him and seeing where we can progress his game.”

John joins us as a forward from Bishop Gorman D1/D2 AAA/AA where he’s played the last three seasons in Las Vegas, NV.

“I’m excited to continue my hockey journey at Utah Valley University after my LDS mission because it gives me the chance to compete at a high level while pursuing my education in Utah. The program offers a strong team culture, and motivates me to grow both as a player and a leader. I look forward to representing UVU Hockey with pride and hard work.

I’m most excited to bring leadership and a strong work ethic to UVU hockey. As an offensive player, I take pride in creating opportunities for my teammates and helping my teammates succeed. I value being a positive, good example in the locker room and someone my teammates can rely on both on and off the ice.”

Jake Clouse joins for the 26/27 Season.

Jake is a new Freshman forward who played for Bishop Gorman D1 AAA/AA in Las Vegas, NV the last three seasons.

“Jake has the ability to make great plays offensively and defensively and will be a great asset to our team.”

Here’s what Jake has shared:

"I am looking forward to continuing my education at UVU in the Fire and Paramedic programs as well as the RCA and continuing my hockey career at the next level.

What I will bring to UVU hockey is my work ethic, a competitive grind and resilience of going to the hard and greasy areas of the ice. I can be counted on being a complete 200 foot player that is coachable and positive."
