In addition to providing supervision and resident services in the living units, the department promotes the personal growth and development of each resident through intention

In partnership with other units within the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services and the larger university community, the department strives to foster scholarship as a fundamental purpose, instills a sense of community, and supports individual integrity and excellence.

We will be highlighting all of our communities over the next few weeks! Our final community to highlight is Rosen.🏰🎳

The Rosen College Apartments are located at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, making these an ideal location for hospitality majors of all years or students who want to live near Orlando's entertainment destinations. It offers apartment-style living, and the typical floor plan includes four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

The Rosen agreement includes Fall and Spring semesters, with the option to add Summer.

NorthView is an off-campus property (located behind our football stadium) that is managed by UCF. The NorthView Community is part of our Annual Agreement, which means it includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. It has eight floor plans, including two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment styles.
