Absolutely great course. I have been a carrier adjuster/appraiser for 23 years. I wasn't sure how much I would get out of this course, seeing how the remediation industry and the insurance industry go back and forth. However, Rachel Adams is a fabulous instructor. She kept the entire class engaged with material that can be somewhat "heavy" at times to absorb or understand. I would recommend this class to everyone. It actually inspired me to sign up for another one.
