Experiential Learning provides career related experience for UCF students through internship, co-op, We also facilitate the Knights of Distinction Program.

The Experiential Learning (EL) teams helps UCF students launch their careers. We provide students the opportunity to apply what they are learning in the classroom to real-world settings. Our team can help connect students with resources and opportunities with employer and community partners to gain hands-on experiences through internships and service-learning. This program recognizes students for

the engagement beyond the classroom in the areas of Planning & Self Assessment, Citizenship , Leadership, High-Impact Learning, and Knights in the World.

📌 Q: It’s Feb. 16-20 and I don’t see a match notification email?

🔎 A: Make sure to check your spam/junk folders. There is also a possibility you did not get a match this time.

📌 Q: I applied to 10 postings. What if I’m matched to two on one date?

🔎 A: Students are matched to ONE experience per date. This should never happen. If you receive two matches on the same date this is a program error. Notify the program immediately and communicate your preferred match.

📌 Q: After I get the email match notification, what next?

🔎 A: The email has the link to complete the Match Acceptance form. Once completed you’ll be added to the mini Orientation “webcourse”, and then you’re officially matched. Your name and contact info will be shared with your employer host, who will email you your final agenda and details for your shadowing experience.

The wait is almost over! Stay tuned and Charge On! ⚔️✨
