Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA+ UCF) 💙✨
“With less than 7% of physicians in the U.S. identifying as Hispanic or Latino, the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA+) is committed to addressing underrepresentation in medicine by guiding and empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals. Through mentorship, hands-on clinical workshops, professional development, and community service, we help students navigate their paths into healthcare while advocating for health equity. Our goal is to help build a healthcare workforce where patients from all backgrounds feel understood, respected, and represented.”

We appreciate all they have done for the Hispanic community and can’t wait to see their continued growth! 🥳👑
