Congrats to our Sleigh Ride Passport raffle winners last week! Our Sleigh Your Exams event was so fun and everyone was able to lock in and get focused! We'll have another event in the Spring but for now, good luck on finals and stay warm and cozy!

SLEIGH YOUR EXAMS is in just 7 days! Are you ready? Don't forget to grab your Sleigh Route Passport when you arrive so you can work towards our awesome raffle prizes courtesy of and !!! We'll also have a hot cocoa bar to keep you fueled, brain break activities, and of course tutors, writing coaches, and peer academic coaches to keep you supported as you study and prep for the end of the semester! The event officially kicks off at 4:30pm but you can arrive as early as 2pm to grab a spot and start studying on your own!

University Staff Professional Development Day was held Thursday, May 31st on campus and the Office Manager, Pauline, participated as the only University Staff member in CAR. This year the theme was "Pay it Forward" with workshops in planting around campus, an alteration station in Career Services, getting the Playground Ready at the Children's Learning and Care Center, as well as some off campus workshops to volunteer in the local community.

Yesterday was a great networking opportunity for learning assistance professionals at the WCLCA conference held in La Crosse, WI. We got some great information too regarding grant writing, adding inclusive information into our training sessions, and the use of the logic model when brainstorming ideas.
