Our students have been hard at work. We have been working towards attending more ACF competitions and I am proud to say we are doing just that.
Our students joined in a competition at Fox Valley in Appleton Wisconsin and all 5 of our students got a Bronze!!!
This is no easy task and they put in a lot of extra time and energy outside of normal hours to do this.

Guess what time it issss! IHCC Culinary Arts is doing our pie fundraiser again. Last year we sold over 700 pies, this year our goal is 900 pies. We are so beyond thankful for your support and getting the experience to make these! Pies are only $13, can be picked up at IHCC or delivered, and they freeze well for future events/holidays as well. Missed our post from last week. We worked on Pate Choux. It was a fun week full of pipping and filling. The students did a great job of making their Croquembouche. Not an easy task and for sure some hot finger tips with that caramel.
