Janalee Isaacson, RN, MSN, serves as a leader and professor in the RN Refresher Academy program at Johnson County Community College. The nin-week program is designed to transition former nurses who are re-entering the workforce.

Some nurses break from the bedside and return to their patients with fresh eyes. Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Janalee Isaacson, who is an absolute saint, will be going on sabatical starting this fall 2012-2013. If you have the time, please send her a note of best wishes. As you know she is an amazing woman, professional and personally. She will be missed and can't wait for her to return!

The fall 2010 RN Refresher Academy class is set to begin on September 7, 2010. We have a full class of 24 nurses enrolled and we are looking forward to another great semester! This fall we will be meeting every Tuesday from 0800 to 1400 and every Wednesday from 0800 to 1600. Please keep us all in your thoughts as these nurses step onto the path back into patient care. Thank you!
