JCCC Flint Hills Experience Experience the Flint Hills with the JCCC Kansas Studies Institute, Center for Sustainability, and Staff & Organizational Development.

The Kansas Studies Institute, Center for Sustainability, and Staff & Organizational Development invite you to return to the days of cowboys, prairie fires and grand ranches. This experience will take place each fall semester and will introduce JCCC staff and faculty to the history, ecology and culture (and food!) of the Flint Hills of Kansas.

It is a must. Go visit!

A trail hike can walk you back into your soul. The Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve hiking trails provide over 40 miles for you to do so.
