Just a reminder that today is our last bake sale of the spring semester. My students and I thank you for your constant support of the Pastry/Baking Certificate Program. We're grateful for your patronage!
Just a reminder that our first bake sale in the fall semester will be on Sept. 11th 3pm - 530pm in the atrium of the WHCA building; on the southeast corner of the JCCC campus.

Week 14, our penultimate bake sale of the semester!

Despite being down three students this week, the pastry cases are full, attractive and full of tasty pastry & bread products. Students were also tasked with creating a poured and pulled isomalt/sugar swan! It was a successful week 13!
