Jessica James, a graduate of JCCC’s culinary program, is now an executive chef of culinary innovation at Applebee’s. Nice work, Jessica!

A JCCC culinary program graduate, Jessica James also has a food blog, Real Family Kitchen, and starred in ads about Applebee’s healthier menu for kids that aired on the Food Network.

Bill Brown, left, retired yesterday after 16 years at the college. For the past eight years, Bill has been dean of the college's technology division. Scott Schafer, general director - railroad training services for BNSF Railway, presented Bill with a plaque featuring a piece of rail. He praised Bill for being a "partner, advisor and friend."
