"Granting students the opportunity to bolster their leadership skillset and business acumen without forcing them to choose between strictly business and another major allows each area of focus to amplify the other.

As industries continue to seek out interdisciplinary leaders, the Business Leadership co-major may offer one of the most valuable degrees, or co-degrees, a student can earn."

A sampling of some of our favorite images from presentation and capstone week here at Farmer, with students presenting the culmination of the knowledge they've garnered over the spring semester or, for some, over their entire student experience.

Whether students are presenting to their peers, a panel of judges, or real clients, they always deliver.

Founded in 1913, Beta Gamma Sigma is an international business honor society with more than 600 chapters in business schools with members like Nobel Prize winners, Olympians, business CEOs, and others who work to make the world a better place though social enterprise, service, and leadership.

Earlier this week, Farmer congratulated 68 students who earned invitations to join the honor society for the 2025-26 school year.

Congratulations to Grace Koo (Business Analytics major) who received the President’s Distinguished Student Scholar Award and to Blake Mesenburg (Finance and Accountancy major) and Jack Isphording (Entrepreneurship co-major) who each received the President’s Distinguished Service Award!

The awards honor graduating seniors whose sustained contributions have shaped the Miami community in substantial, meaningful, and enduring ways. We can't wait to see what's next for these three students.

Photos from last week's Founders Fair, a student led event dedicated to allowing student founders to pitch their work, network, and seek mentorship from professionals in the entrepreneurship space. Over 100 student founders attended from not just Miami but schools all over the region with over 50 mentors present.

A tremendous event that showcased the ambition and drive of our students.
