Student Involvement, Leadership, and Transitions Student Involvement, Leadership, and Transitions engages students in meaningful student involvement opportunities and personal leadership development.

Student Involvement, Leadership, and Transitions is guided by four core values:
1. Life-Long Learning: We are committed to the on-going process of learning about
leadership, self, and society.
2. Integrity: We believe that taking a leadership role in the community requires a
responsibility to speak and act authentically and in congruence with a person's moral and ethical values.
3. Interculturalis

m: We value a community that respects the dignity and individuality of each member while striving to create an environment firmly grounded in the principles of equity and justice.
4. Active Citizenship: We believe that everyone should be active members of the
communities in which they live, actively creating positive change.
