Apply to be on the Mallory-Wilson Center Student Advisory Board! The Mallory-Wilson Center Student Advisory Board meets twice a semester and advises the center in regards to resources and programming, as well as other ways we can assist pre-health students at Miami. All members are assigned to a committee that may also meet additional times throughout the semester to work on projects. Students from all healthcare related pathways are encouraged to apply!

Applicants must:

-Have a 3.2 cGPA and sGPA
-Be able to attend 2 full board meetings (scheduled in advance) and 3 events per semester (flexible options)
-Provide a resume showing campus and community involvement
-Write an essay explaining why he/she wishes to be on the board, and what he/she will bring to the board

Some cool health-related opportunities Celine has been involved with at Miami: Working as a research assistant in Dr Kennedy’s and Dr Zhao’s labs, being able to do shadowing in Peru during j-term, working as a contact tracer for Butler County, competing internationally with the Global Health Case Competition, and volunteering at McCullough-Hyde! I also work as a PCA in a nursing home.
