Our first student spotlight features Tina Turner, a 3rd year grad student in our psychology graduate program. She is on the clinical track, and is loving her graduate life at Miami. Hailing from Bar Harbor, ME, she attended undergraduate school at Bates College opting to stay close to home and knew it is one of the top psychology schools. She found out about Miami from her advisor and after visiting she immediately fell in love with the school. When describing her experience here she says:
"Wow! I have loved every minute of being here at Miami. Although it is in a rather small school, there is such a homey feeling about the city and I definitely made the right choice. From the amazing facilities, to the great professors, to all of the interesting research I have come across, it has been a great experience and I cannot wait to see what is to come."
