Just a quick heads up,
There are two business related items on tonight's City Council agenda.
First is a worksession at 6:30pm on creating a DORA "Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area" in the Uptown District. Over 35 other Ohio communities have DORA Districts. This would allow a person to carry out a alcoholic beverage from an approved bar or restaurant out into the designated DORA area during limited hours, on limit days in a special cup.The idea is to have this available during the summer months and Winter Term. But NOT when Miami classes are in fall or spring session.

The other item is a proposed rule which would ban the dispensing of carryout food in Styrofoam containers. Styrofoam is a material which can not be recycled or composted.
