DELTA RHO CHAPTER:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the third unnumbered paragraph of Section 1 of ARTICLE VI of the Bylaws of the Delta Rho Chapter House Corporation, as amended, that the Annual Meeting of the Delta Rho Chapter House Corporation will be held VIA ZOOM and at KKG house, on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST, for the following purposes:
1. To elect the Trustees of the House Board for the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year
2. To review the House Board Financial Statements for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year
3. To review the House Board Budget for the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year

This notice is given on June 6, 2024, by the Secretary of the Delta Rho House Board. Per Section 1 of ARTICLE III of the Bylaws of the Delta Rho Chapter House Corporation, as amended, “[a] member of Delta Rho Chapter in good standing is a member of this Corporation upon payment of the House Corporation Fee and shall be entitled to one vote on matters before the Members including the election of the Board of Trustees.” Members include collegians and alumnae.

Attendance will be limited to 100 participants being the maximum capacity for the House Board’s Zoom account. If you want to attend, the zoom meeting please contact Kristi Collins via email at [email protected] to obtain the meeting link.
