As the month closes out, we’re proud to recognize Colby Beck as April’s Brother of the Month

Colby is a freshman from Columbus, OH majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sports Management. He’s involved in Soul2Soul A Ca****la, where he serves on the exec board, Miami Men’s Glee Club, HAWKS Peer Health Educators, and the MARSH LAB.

In his free time, Colby likes to hang out with his brothers, watch sports, and be active.

We are proud to recognize Sal LoParo as the brother of the month for March!

Sal currently serves as our Risk Manager and Sergeant at Arms. Sal consistently exemplifies his leadership, positive attitude, and strong commitment to the values of Phi Tau. His dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed — a well deserved recognition.

In his free time, Sal enjoys watching the Cleveland Browns, the Guardians, and spending time with his brothers.

Happy 120 years to Phi Tau nationwide! Phi Kappa Tau was founded by four men who sought student government representation on Miami’s campus on March 17, 1906.

As a special project to commemorate today, our chapter plans to erect a flagpole in the front lawn to honor the 120th anniversary of the fraternity and 250th anniversary of the country. Donations to the Chapter Educational Grant (CEG) will fund the $5,000 project.
