Troy University in Panama City is an annex of Troy University where we focus on TROY's online degree programs. We offer associates, bachelors and masters programs that are suited ideally for the working adult. We also offer a Masters in Counseling and Psychology in the classroom. Troy University serves a broad range of students on four campuses in Alabama, online and around the world. While we enc
