We invited teachers who completed our AI professional learning courses to co-design a lesson with AI, focusing on the nation's 250th birthday as part of our America 250 AI Challenge.

"We really dig into that pedagogical learning and say, 'Is this good? Is this sound? "Is this the best way to present it?" FSU "InSPIRE" director of education and workforce talent Carrie Meyers said.

"It was important for them to understand how to use it ethically and responsibly and know the pros and cons of AI so that they can determine how it's best used to either support them in prepping for classes or with classes, depending on their district policies," Meyers said.

Six award winning teachers were celebrated for their insightful and meaningful contributions.
