TRiO strives to provide low-income, first-generation, or disabled individuals from Bay, Gulf, and Franklin counties with impactful services designed to motivate them toward the successful attainment of a post-secondary credential. te College are three of eight programs commonly referred to as TRiO programs which are designed to help students overcome environmental, social, cultural, and academic barriers to higher education. Each TRiO Program provides a variety of services to various student demographics from personal, academic, and career counseling; academic instruction and individualized tutoring; assistance in applying for financial aid; to encouragement and support for students who have academic potential and the desire to succeed in college.
